Yes, it is safe and the doll I bought was exactly as advertised. It took about 4 weeks from ordering to receiving the doll in the mail, but I understand the delay because it had to be made and then mailed. There are a lot of scam doll sites out there, but this one is legit 🙂 They have a great selection of dolls at reasonable prices, and their customer service was excellent, answering all my questions promptly and politely.
